By the time fresh produce reaches final inspection, its condition has already been shaped by origin, variety, growing conditions, harvest maturity, initial handling and cooling.
Tornado Agro therefore defines the critical requirements in advance and checks them during preparation—while corrective action is still possible.

Tornado Agro aligns maturity, grading, cooling, handling and loading requirements with the product’s sensitivity, route, transit time and intended sales window.
Preparation decisions are based on the condition the product should retain at destination—not simply how it looks at origin.
30 mmQUALITY DEFINED IN MEASURABLE TERMS
Relevant parameters are agreed for each product and market. They may include variety, size, maturity, colour, sweetness, permitted defects, packaging, labelling, temperature and the method of sampling and control.
The specification is used to align preparation, inspection and acceptance around the same written requirements.
PACKAGING ENGINEERED FOR THE PRODUCT
Tornado Agro selects transport packaging around the product’s sensitivity, ventilation and cooling needs, stacking load, handling conditions, route and transit time.
When customer-facing packaging is required, we develop the format together with the customer and coordinate the material, dimensions, unit weight, artwork, labelling, samples and approval before production.
If a requested format may compromise product condition or transport performance, we recommend a technically suitable alternative.
PLANNED BEFORE THE SEASON
For established strategic partners, the product, variety, specification, volume, packaging, commercial terms and shipment schedule may be agreed before the season. Tornado Agro selects the appropriate regions and harvest windows, contracts the required volume and coordinates successive shipments against the plan.
NATURAL VARIABILITY. MANAGED SUPPLY.
Weather, harvest timing and the natural condition of the crop can affect availability and product characteristics. Tornado Agro monitors the relevant conditions, communicates material changes and adjusts the supply configuration when required.
The objective is not to promise that variability does not exist. It is to manage it before it becomes an unmanaged commercial risk.
